I Believe Success Should Make

You More Alive...

Not Slowly Drain the Life Out of You!

I’m Spencer Jones.

Speaker. Author. Entrepreneur. Musician. Founder. Energizer.

And for years, I’ve been fascinated by one question:

How do we get more out of life without losing ourselves in the process?

That question has shaped my work, my books, my businesses, and a whole lot of my own life.

How I Got Here

I’ve always wanted more out of life.

Not necessarily more stuff. More experience. More adventure. More joy. More connection. More moments that make you feel fully alive.

For years, much of my work focused on energy, positivity, joy, and helping people make the most of their lives.

Then I started noticing something.

Some of the most driven, capable people I knew were accomplishing incredible things... while quietly becoming exhausted by the lives they had built.

They didn’t need more ambition. They needed more capacity. And that changed the question for me:

How do we keep doing what matters without sacrificing ourselves along the way?

That’s the work I’m doing today.

A Few Things I Believe

Pressure isn’t the enemy.

How we respond to it matters.

Great leaders don’t prove themselves by carrying everything.

They build capacity in themselves and the people around them.

Joy doesn’t belong at the end of the to-do list.

It belongs in the middle of the life we’re building.

Success shouldn’t require sacrificing yourself.

Because life is meant to be lived. Not merely managed.

The Work & The Human

DESIGN:
I would combine the old “What I Do Today” and “Off the Stage” sections. Two columns could work beautifully.

THE WORK

Today, I speak and work with people who are carrying a lot.

Through keynotes and Jonesin’ for®, I help leaders build the capacity to stay calm, clear, energized, and effective when pressure rises.

Whether I’m onstage or working more deeply with an organization, the goal stays pretty simple:

Help people succeed without sacrificing themselves.

“Their sessions helped me find calm and clarity. Each class brings peace and strength I carry into daily life. I’ve never felt more connected to my body and mind.”

Off of the Stage

I’m also a big believer in actually living the life we’re working so hard to build.

Music has always been a huge part of mine, and if there’s a piano nearby, there’s a decent chance I’ll end up behind it.

I love adventures, bright colors, new experiences, big ideas, good conversations, and laughing until it hurts.

I want the big life too. I just don’t think we need to lose ourselves while creating it.

We Only Get One Shot at This Life

I’m interested in making it a good one.

If you’re looking for a speaker who can bring energy, humor, humanity, and practical tools to your audience, I’d love to hear what you’re creating.

Live Your Life to the Max.
